The House:
Vista Lago and southwest Florida has much to offer. It is suitable for a family (including pets) who want to hang out by the heated pool, a retired couple who wants a month away from the winter cold or anyone who likes the sunshine, beaches and beauty of the Rotonda area.
The house was recently fully renovated and now has all new furnishings, flooring etc. Even the pool was refinished. It is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. A property manager is nearby and should you have a serious problem, is only a phone call away.
But it is the view that makes Vista Lago special. The westerly exposure makes for beautiful sunsets across the adjoining lake. If you like wildlife, the lake has a large variety of exotic birds that you can view from the lanai. We have had renters who planned to regularly take advantage of the region's many fine restaurants but decided to eat in most evenings to take advantage of the beautiful and comfortable environment that Vista Lago has to offer.
Amentiies & Activities:
While Rotonda is quiet non-touristy community, it is only a few minutes from major grocery stores and shopping centers. There are several excellent golf courses within the community and many others within a short drive.
The waters off Gasparilla island, which is only a few miles away, is known as the Tarpon fishing capital of the U.S. Fishing opportunities abound in the nearby inlets and bays of the Gulf of Mexico.
Being away from the tourist hordes means that the many beaches within a 20 minute drive are quiet and pristine, ideal for family outings, shelling or watching sunsets
