The tower area can also be utilized as a sleeping area and it also has private access to the balconies. The tower also has a dry bar which can be utilized to store your favorite drinks and snacks making them readily available from the third floor decks. The tower also has a television with vcr which is enjoyed by both the adults and children.

Best of all, the beautiful Gulf is viewed easily from the second-floor living area and the third-floor tower; general views are available from the first-floor bedrooms.
Don't forget the awesome views of the ocean from the decks located outside each floor. Since there are no highways or busy streets to cross, most guests walk to the pristine beach located 200 yards from your front door. The cottage is physically 100 yards from the beach, however, we ask guests not to walk through the other owners property which makes for a 200 yard walk. If you prefer, you can drive your vehicle to the sand dunes and park.
After a day at the beach, The Shops at Gulf Place are just a short stroll away. Gulf Place offers chic boutiques, a summer concert series, and exquisite cuisine offered in a variety of restaurants. Many award winning restaurants are nearby to include the San Destin Outlet Mall which is one of the largest upper scale malls in the region.
This quintessential beach cottage has four bedrooms, three baths, a sleeper sofa in the den, and third floor tower. Large stone tile covers the living area which is vibrantly decorated with new furniture.
The cottage features a stereo CD/player, TV/VCR in every bedroom, and ceiling fans. A DVD player is located in the den. The living area is on the second floor allowing for spectacular views during mealtime and easy access the third floor tower for cocktail hour. SeaDation has five balconies great for viewing the ocean/pool, cooking, entertaining, or relaxing. Breakfast or dinner can be enjoyed on the balconies with wonderful ocean breezes and soft waves in the background. In addition to the personal gas grill located on the second floor balcony, there are two community gas grills steps away from the front door for entertaining large groups. While cooking with the gas grill, you can enjoy great views of the pool and gulf. An outdoor shower is available after your visit to the beach or heated pool.
Access to the local bike trails are located 50 yards from the cottages.
