This lovely carriage house is located on a secluded 1/2 acre, surrounded by a creek, and in the heart of South Congress. Walking distance to downtown, the South Congress strip (SOCO) of restaurants and shops, Town lake, Barton Springs and the Capitol. Every room is sunny and bright, complete with beautiful floor to ceiling casement windows. The two bedrooms look out onto a stone patio and pool that was built in the mid 1900s using bricks that once lined Congress Avenue. The carriage house has been completely refurbished with two bedrooms plus a loft and can sleep up to six people: 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, plus a loft with Full-sized daybed.
