Wonderful cottage, great location!

This place was exactly as described. It was very modern, nice amenities and very clean. The unit had everything you needed! It was well maintained and very comfortable. The only downfall was that the dryer did not work upon our arrival. However, they allowed us to use the dryer in the downstairs unit and when that became unavailable we were given the choice to upgrade to another place or use another dryer in another unit. They went above and beyond to help accommodate our needs. We want to come back next year and we would definitely recommend this to any couple or small family wanting a nice place to stay down the beach!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

COTTAGE STAY

We enjoying staying at the cottage,it was clean it had everything we needed for the week stay.The only problem was that the dryer was not working, it should have been checked before we arrived.We were lucky that the downstairs cottage was empty and we were able to use that dryer.We would return again for another stay.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: We were just as surprised that the dryer was not working since we always check the property before guests arrive. As soon as we received the call, we promptly responded. Since it was over Christmas holiday, the repairman was unable to service the unit that day. However, we provided a dryer that was in another unit so as to not inconvenience our pleasant guests. The repairman did arrive afterwards and a part needed to be ordered (a new latch). Glad our guests enjoyed the place. They were very understanding.

a wonderful vacation home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage
by the beach. Just about everything we needed was there
for us. The location was perfect, we hardly had to use the
car all week. We walked to the beach every day, and to the boardwalk every evening. We were able to cook wonderful meals in the fully equiped kitchen, and grill on the gas grill provided. The home was very clean when we
arrived. And the furnishings very comfortable. I highly recommedn this property to any small family wanting to be
close to the beach and boardwalk.
