This unique,ocean front unit has all the feel of Hawaii, from it's tropical decor & palm trees to the ocean below! Recently upgraded with new kitchen, bathrooms & all new appliances. Watch the surfers from the mirror as you brush your teeth! Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean waves as they break not 50 feet away from you! Enjoy walking on the rocks and looking at the tide pools, not to mention the sea turtles as they play in the water and come up on the beach. There is a small sandy beach just below the lanai great for sunbathing. Snorkel & board rentals on site & well stocked convenience store across the street. This unit has high speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, Plasma TV, stereo/CD player, movies & games. Also everything you need for a day at the beach, incliding beach chairs, towels, umbrella and rolling soft ice chest.This condominium resort has the feel of Hawaii with it's open air lobby, beautiful wood furniture and friendly staff at the front desk

    Refundable damage, security deposit of $250.00 is due within the first week of booking and refunded after check out.
  • CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable (subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date unless we can re-rent the dates you have booked.

    Check-In time is after 4:00P.M. (We may be able to accommodate earlier arrival.)
    Check-Out time is before 11:00 A.M.

This unit is everything described! Very clean and well taken care of.

Some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen!

Watching the surfers from the lanai was awesome!

Our children enjoyed the beach below and tide pools. We could throw a rock to the ocean! We really liked the location of this unit.

We didn't have to out for all of our meals, as everything you need is here. The BBQ out by the ocean was really nice! We will recommend this unit to all our friends.

We will definately be back!
