Nestled close to the heart of Edgartown village, at the corner of High and School Street, this charming historical home is situated on Martha’s Vineyard Island, renowned for its wonderful beaches, fine food, and great fun. Wonderfully restored and expanded, the spacious main house was built in the late 1600’ s; the main house is now part of a compound, with two lovely new guest cottages perfect for extended families, several couples, or groups of friends. Kid and pet friendly, the main house has lovely hardwood floors, beautiful antiques and 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning. One of the cottages features a second master bedroom suite with Jacuzzi tub and the other has a living area with pullout sofa bed, fireplace, kitchenette and a private bathroom with a great shower. Both cottages have central air-conditioning.
