This spacious, beach front villa is situated in a quiet position on a beautiful, white sand, beach, just a few steps away from the calm, turquoise Caribbean Sea, lapping gently along the shore. Great care has been taken to achieve perfection, from the very tasteful mix of contemporary and romantic designs, the very high standard of furnishings to the spacious and generous layout giving maximum privacy to all of the four air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Spectacular views, across the Caribbean Sea, can be enjoyed from the living room, veranda, roof top terrace, pool and master bedroom. In the lounge there is a 63 inch plasma TV with full surround sound and Cable TV, along with a stereo system which can also play ITunes/IPods. From this living area there is a corridor leading to two further guest rooms, both with stylish en-suite bathrooms and private terraces.

Villa Sull Oceano is located just 5 minutes from Castaways restaurant which serves local foods, as well as Chinese, and on Thursday nights is Sushi night. Another 5 minutes walk and you will find yourself in the commercial centre which has a very large fully stocked international super market with hot and cold delicatessen, plus an array of shops, pharmacy, hair and beauty salon etc. If you fancy a couple of games of golf feel free to use the onsite Golf Club with a full 18 Holes.

  • The master bedroom and bathroom is located at the front of the house through another corridor. The master bedroom is hexagonal in shape with views all around. The bed has its own TV coming up from the bed frame for your viewing pleasure and then down again when you have finished. The en-suite bathroom is absolutely exquisite with two showers, lots of space and a wonderful relaxing tub that is just calling out for bubbles and candles.

The pool has a Jacuzzi area and four bar stools for cocktails in the pool. Upstairs you will find a spacious sun terrace for sunbathing in private, or for casual drinks at sunset. The BBQ is fully equipped with sink, ice cooler and fridge plus lots of storage and preparation room. Just steps away from the pool is the soft white sand of the beach and the turquoise waters, making it irresistible, a must for a daily swim. Minimum Age Limit for Renters.

As you enter through the spacious: elegant, entrance into the foyer there is access to one of the guest bedrooms to your left. From here you walk directly into the light and airy lounge area to your right and the fully equipped kitchen on your left. This kitchen really has everything you could possibly wish for and just that little bit more. From ice makers to the wine cooler and enough ovens to have a small banquet. There is also a large amount of storage space for groceries.
