This ski-in/ski-out condominium is conveniently located right across the ski area (200 steps, or an easy ski, to Lift Seven/Coonskin Lift) and on the San Miguel River. Everything you need is right around the complex, including Clark's grocery store, wine/liquor store, ski/snowboard rental, and restaurants...And it is only a short 5 blocks to downtown Telluride and the restaurants, shops, galleries, and bars of Main St.

While most everything in Telluride is within walking distance, you can also use the free shuttle system, The Galloping Goose, which stops in front of the condo complex every 20 minutes. Telluride also offers a free Gondola service in town that will provide you with breathtaking views as you go over the mountains and get dropped off at the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village. The unit is located on the top floor (hence the views!) and has convenient elevator access. This third-floor unit also has a small private balcony, where you can rest in the sunshine while you take in views of the ski mountain, river, and base of Bear Creek canyon. Listen to the San Miguel River run directly below your balcony, and enjoy the unique combination of relaxation and adventure that Telluride is famous for.

This quality complex also provides you with a rare find in Telluride: a year-round heated swimming pool! In addition, there is a new 12-person outdoor hot-tub for soaking after those long days. For additional convenience, there is a new laundry room with commercial washers and dryers on the premises. The unit can sleep 6 people, but it is better suited for 4-5. Sleeping options include a queen-sized bed, two twin bunk beds, and a double-sized sofa sleeper.
