Centrally located halfway between Tampa and Orlando, the house is on a private road containing 8 other houses. This lake front house is on the east side of Lake Arietta, probably the cleanest lake in Polk County. The lake is spring fed and has no public access which contributes to privacy. Four miles off I - 4, access to either coast is equal. The nearest town is Auburndale which boasts a soft court tennis facility that is state of the art. Cultural events abound with the Citrus festival, Polk Museum of Art, community theaters in Lake Wales, Winter Haven and Lakeland, The Imperial Symphony Orchestra and many other offerings at Florida Southern College. Attractions within one hour drive include Disney, Universal, many water parks, Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo and Kennedy Space Center.
