This is a great open floor plan. Privacy fence surrounds property. Hot and cold outdoor shower. Just a 10 minute stroll to a more secluded part of Kailua Beach. Full kitchen, including dishes, eating and cooking utensils, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, mixer, blender, toaster, dishwasher and disposal, as well as starter paper products and many spices for cooking or grilling.
