Our 3 bedroom condo is located in Naples' newest and most luxurious gated community, 'The Dunes' with a short walk to the beach. You will enjoy a beautiful and unobstructed view of Turkey Bay, a state park and the Gulf of Mexico beyond from our lanai. The lights of Ft. Myers and Captiva Island can be seen at night as well as spectacular sunsets. The community has an upscale restaurant, pools, hot tubs and grill areas. There is a tennis pro shop and 6 Har-Tru tennis courts. There is a fitness center located in the building. There is a pool directly behind the building as well as a large, main pool with a walk-in edge for little ones. The Tiki Bar is located at the south end of the main pool and serves lunch and dinner poolside. Our unit has beach club access for an additional fee. There are restrooms, a bar, a pool and poolside dining. The club supplies lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels. Concierge service is available 6 days/wk and free to residents and guests.

North Naples has many amenities within a short distance. Public golf courses, many restaurants, great shopping with only 20min. to Coconut Point Shopping Center. Vanderbilt Beach is one of the best beaches in the US and just a short 10min. walk away. Old town Naples, a unique, dining, shopping, strolling center is just 10miles away. There are several movie theaters to choose from within a 15min. drive. The concert hall in Naples offers the best musical productions and just 5 miles away. Delnor-Wiggins State Park is a 10min. walk from our community.
