This holiday home of high standard was made of wood. The house is situated on a small hill in quiet surroundings where there is a splendid view to the bay and the surrounding landscape from both the living room and the terrace. The house is particularly well kept and it belongs to a holiday home settlement called Brunsnæs, not far from Broager town. The house was built in 1967 and it has been modernized in 1990.
