Nested in a beautiful tropical garden, this apartment belongs to the Marbella building located in a very quiet area. A nice terrace is inviting you for a drink outside. The apartment has been newly furnished this October 2009 : a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster), a large bedroom with a queen bed; the living room is spacious and offers a dining corner as two twin size sofa beds.Central air conditioning/heater.Towels and linens provided. Washer and dryers shared. Everything in SOBE is within 1-10 minutes walking. Centrally located in South Beach, the apartment is just one block from Lincoln Road and at a walking distance from the beach, banks, grocery stores, Flamingo Park, restaurants, Clubs, nightlife, theaters, movies and Espanola Way.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We keep the right to convert the USD currency at any time.
  • We take a security deposit/damage of $ 320, against damage, which is refunded maximum 14 days after departure.
    Cleaning and tax fees are not included.
    Rental agreement available upon request or sent with the deposit/damage payment request to officialize the reservation and rental.

    Cleaning fee includes one cleaning after your departure and the keys hand-over fee (90 mintues waiting time, additional hour will be charged at a $30/hour rate).
  • Cancellations and changes
    A five (5) weeks notice is required for cancellation.
    Cancellations that are made more than five (5) weeks prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made less than five (5) weeks of the arrival date, forfeit the full damage/ reservation deposit.
    The rent will be refund as follow:
    - up to 4 weeks before arrival: 90% refund
    - between 4 and 3 weeks before arrival: 75% refund
    - between 3 and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% refund
    - between 2 weeks and 1 week before arrival: 25% refund
    - within the week of arrival: 0% refund
    Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

  • The one bedroom is very spacious and includes a queen size bed, two night stands and a 6-drawers cupboard. Added to the central airco is a fan with built-in light with dimmer. In the living room are two twin size sofa beds. Two sets of sheets for each bed / sofa bed are provided including comforters and pillowtops. All bedlinen are stored in the walk-in closet of the bedroom or the one in front of the bathroom. All rooms are equipped with blinds for more privacy.
