The spacious, beautifully furnished cottage features a living room, dining room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen which is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling. There is also a front porch overlooking Simonton Street where you can enjoy your beverages and watch the world go by. Two pools to choose from for those lazy warm days. Catch a lobster and cook on your grill. The bedroom has bed with a private bath and entrance off the rear of the house so you don't disturb your companions sleeping on the sleeper sofa.
