Located in the high-rise “Palermo Uno Tower” completed in 2009, a state of the art modern building of 33 floors situated in the exciting “Palermo” quarter where restaurants, bars and fashion boutiques are flourishing. It is difficult to not feel relaxed with the happiness yet tranquil atmosphere trade mark of this renowned neighborhood. With an open access to all the amenities such as the scenic lounge on the 33rd floor or the state of the art open-view gym and spa at the 32nd floor, you will be breath taken by the beautiful views of the city and green areas offered from these lookouts. There is a 65ft (20m) long swimming pool and wooden deck solarium for you to enjoy all year round, anytime of the day. Given its size, this apartment is more than comfortable for two people. It may have been originally conceived as a one-bedroom apartment but we decided against dividing the space to keep the area fully open and comfortable to live in.

I stayed at this apartment with my boyfriend on our first visit to Buenos Aires and had a fantastic introduction to the city. The apartment is well placed to explore the city and is within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. It's close to a few supermarkets as well as deli's, bakeries and green grocers if you choose to make use of the well appointed kitchen. The apartment itself is brand new (in a brand new building) and in great order and the owner/landlord is very accommodating and easy to deal with.
