Come stay in this updated 1928 Beach House at the southern end of Tybee Island. This townhouse (it's the downstairs center section) has the comfort and amenities of a modern condo but offers a front and back yard to enjoy. Less than one block to the South Beach (only 200 steps!) and less than two blocks to the back river for crabbing, fishing and kayaking, you'll still be very close to the Strand and Pier for good restaurants, bars and shopping. There are no busy streets to cross when going to either beach. And you can enjoy the sounds and breezes from the ocean as well as the back river if you decide to be lazy and stay at the house. Relax in the hammock on the screened front porch or take a ride on one of the beach bikes and explore the whole island! Owner is a real estate agent licensed in the state of Georgia.

...Low tide on the beach was amazing with all the many starfish and rare shells and even a special sanddollar!
Restaurants were all superb...
We fellow Southerners were so proud and pleased with Georgia-folk hospitality. So very happy with Annie's Cabana and all here that is provided...didn't have to worry aboput "beach stuff". All was good & fun! Enjoyed seeing a little of the "Beach Bum Parade." Great atmosphere! Great time! Thanks Ann

Wonderful Family Memories

Hi, Annie, you are such a fabulous hostess! Our second family trip to Tybee was relaxing and wonderful, both for the adults and young children. We'll cherish the memories of spending hours on the beach, building sandcastles, playing frisbee, swimming and searching for treasures. The weather was beautiful! It was great having a well-equipped kitchen so that we could prepare breakfasts and lunches.

Wonderful Time!

Dear Annie, We had such a wonderful time! The bikes and the fragrant garden were amazing. It was such a relief to have chairs and towels provided. The Breakfast Club was our favorite place to eat on Tybee! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and we hope to visit again soon!
