The entry is going through a flourished courtyard. Coming to the townhouse you have an elegant stained glass window, a veranda, which is part of a nice and bright living room. On one side of the living room there is a bedroom, on the other side a study/bedroom and the kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a divided closet with its private bathroom including shower/tub, sink and toilet. The study has large flat TV, high-speed wireless Internet; and an elegant sofa, which can be converted in two comfortable single beds. The study has its own bathroom (shower cabin and sink) and a separate room for the toilet.

As we are managing our Paris home by ourself - and only that one - we are available, involved and we can afford to be flexible, friendly, and helpful... even generous.

B) PRICE:

Everything is included but : food, telephone calls and insurance for yourself, for what you may cause and for your belongings

Questions and Booking : C) BOOKING

(1) Thank you to send an Email if you have question or send us your agreement with name, telephone number, arriving and departure dates and number of people. (including babies and children if any) see below

(2) When we have your agreement we request a €300€ deposit per week (through Paypal so you can use any kind of credit cards with no cost for you, having an account with them or not ). This will confirm your booking

(3) In case you unfortunately have to cancel the booking - we will not refund the deposit .

(4) Before sending the deposit requested via Paypal we send our passport copy so you feel confident.

and last : D) Few days before arrival you will receive our Email to remind you to pay the balance and the security deposit of 300€ (refund within 1 to 2 days after departure)

About Luc Luck

My wife and myself are retired We are born in Paris and have lived there most of our time and a little bit abroad

We bought this townhouse when our three daughters have chosen the man of their life to live with.

We spend most of our time in our country side house in South East of France (2 hours and a half away by TGV). We share our time between our childrens/grand childrens, trips abroad in the south hemisphere during the winter either as tenants or swappers .

Our Paris apartment is a kind of second home where we go to meet family and friends living there

Because after having lived in Paris in different places we know that it is the most central place with many bus and tube lines, Very quiet and secured thanks to the prime minister's residence being next to our place.

What makes this townhome unique

In the center of Paris, quiet and 'green' like countryside.

2 bedrooms with their own private ensuite bath or shower room and toilet which allows us to accommodate familly; friends or you for a few days.

Like a small house - but no private garden - with nobody above nobody aside nobody under and a huge garden with lots of chlorophyle and birds just behind

I have just been looking the photos of a very enjoable and happy time. My two children (17 and 20) used the sofa beds. There was no complaints at all, so for me thats definate positive.



The apartment is just perfect, warm, inviting, it has a happy feeling to it.

The location is fabulous, central and the Grand la Pisserie has all the take away food you could wish for, of which the quality is exceptional.



We all had the most fantastic time in a city which has so much to see and experience.

Fantastic. Apartment

The lovely apartment was in a fantastic location - 3 choices of metros nearby and Le Bon Marche a 400m walk. The bedrooms were spacious and beds wonderfully comfortable and the bonus of having 2 bathrooms was greatly appreciated. The apartment is very secure and quiet and kitchen ideal for self-catering. The owners Luc and Veronique were more than helpful and we feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful place to spend our week in Paris.

Perfect Apartment for a Paris Vacation

We were very lucky to find this wonderful apartment for our vacation. My friend and I always felt right at home and we were very happy that we didn't stay in a hotel. The apartment was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It was within walking distance to an amazing food store and shops for chocolate, pastries, fresh produce, bread, wine and cheese. There were a few very good places locally to eat but the kitchen was very well equipped, so I made many meals in the apartment. The pharmacy and bank were also just steps away. There was a beautiful park around the corner which was a nice place to rest after a long day of site seeing. We walked to many Paris attractions and took a taxi to others which were further away. Luc, the owner, was amazing and I felt like he took very good care of us from the moment we inquired until the time we were back in the United States. I definately recommend this apartment and hope to return to such a beautiful place.

I can't say enough about what a great find this apartment is in the heart of Paris! Having lived, studied, and worked in Paris for 5 years, I can tell you this is an amazing place! Luc and Veronique have thought of everything you could possibly want from a stay in Paris, whether romantic or family/friend-oriented. Even my French friends were very impressed with his place! Luc is super organized, efficient, thoughtful and very proactive in offering all the conveniences of home. He makes the trip stress-free and enjoyable. We loved his apartment, as we felt right at home immediately. Evelyn was punctual, reliable and helpful. Even the coffee machine was a heavenly experience! We spent our 25th wedding anniversary at Luc's place but I can't wait another 25 years to return!! Merci beaucoup!!!

Around the corner from everything!

I am just home from a wonderful first trip to Paris. There were 4 adults in the group and we all had lists of places we needed to see. Unbelievably, all were within walking distance of this great apartment. All except Versailles, of course, which is about 12 miles away (take a guided tour - SO worth it!!). The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, we all felt very safe there. Around every corner there was something to discover, a good bakery for delicious pastry, sweet gardens, handy shops for wine and cheese, and of course a myriad of cafes littering the sidewalks! We were welcomed upon arrival by wonderful Evelyne, who was able to answer questions we had at the moment. The owner, Luc, provides a most informative notebook with every kind of piece of information you need. He is very prompt with emails in regards to renting the place, too, you are never out of touch for long. It was obvious that he cares for this apartment, and he wanted us to be comfortable and feel at home. We did! I recommend it highly, and would stay there again with a very happy heart.

A perfect place for your stay in Paris!

It was a pleasure to work with Luc, the owner. He was very helpful in organizing our special trip
to Paris. Thanks Luc for finding our Musee Psses!
Upon our arrival we were greeted by Evelyn, who gave us the keys and a tour of the townhouse,
complete with instructions for the use of the appliances. We found the townhouse clean, very
comfortable and functional for us and our two tall, teenaged grandchildren. The girls found the
compact and fully equipped kitchen amazing.
The townhouse location is so perfect. It is close to three Metro stations. We found good restaurants
near by (Le Petit Lutetia on Rue de Sevres very pleasant!) The neighborhood is quiet and very safe with
police presence near by.
We can highly recommend this townhouse and we would certainly stay here again!

This atypical charming townhouse for 2 or 4 people is located in the heart of Paris, between the fancy Saint-Germain des Près and Montparnasse neighborhoods, between Les invalide/Eiffel Tower and Jardin du Luxembourg, close to ‘rue de Rennes’ and Musée Rodin; well known for Le Bon Marché and many fashionable clothes boutiques, groceries and restaurants.

This very peaceful and truly quiet townhouse is far from the noise of the city and simultaneaously in the hearth of it while lively Quartier Latin is 10 minutes away by foot.
