2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 4 sleep, fully equiped kitchen, living room and Véranda

The entry is going through a flourished courtyard. Coming to the townhouse you have an elegant stained glass window, a veranda, which is part of a nice and bright living room. On one side of the living room there is a bedroom, on the other side a study/bedroom and the kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a divided closet with its private bathroom including shower/tub, sink and toilet. The study has large flat TV, high-speed wireless Internet; and an elegant sofa, which can be converted in two comfortable single beds. The study has its own bathroom (shower cabin and sink) and a separate room for the toilet.

(1) Thank you to send an Email if you have question or send us your agreement with name, telephone number, arriving and departure dates and number of people. (including babies and children if any) see below

(2) When we have your agreement we request a €300€ deposit per week (through Paypal so you can use any kind of credit cards with no cost for you, having an account with them or not ). This will confirm your booking

(3) In case you unfortunately have to cancel the booking - we will not refund the deposit .

(4) Before sending the deposit requested via Paypal we send our passport copy so you feel confident.

and last : D) Few days before arrival you will receive our Email to remind you to pay the balance and the security deposit of 300€ (refund within 1 to 2 days after departure)

We will be happy to welcome you. Our home will be faultlessly clean.

I have just been looking the photos of a very enjoable and happy time. My two children (17 and 20) used the sofa beds. There was no complaints at all, so for me thats definate positive.

The apartment is just perfect, warm, inviting, it has a happy feeling to it.

The location is fabulous, central and the Grand la Pisserie has all the take away food you could wish for, of which the quality is exceptional.

We all had the most fantastic time in a city which has so much to see and experience.

My wife and myself are retired We are born in Paris and have lived there most of our time and a little bit abroad

We bought this townhouse when our three daughters have chosen the man of their life to live with.

We spend most of our time in our country side house in South East of France (2 hours and a half away by TGV). We share our time between our childrens/grand childrens, trips abroad in the south hemisphere during the winter either as tenants or swappers .

Our Paris apartment is a kind of second home where we go to meet family and friends living there

Why ,

Because after having lived in Paris in different places we know that it is the most central place with many bus and tube lines, Very quiet and secured thanks to the prime minister's residence being next to our place.

In the center of Paris, quiet and 'green' like countryside.

2 bedrooms with their own private ensuite bath or shower room and toilet which allows us to accommodate familly; friends or you for a few days.

Like a small house - but no private garden - with nobody above nobody aside nobody under and a huge garden with lots of chlorophyle and birds just behind

My family of 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 18 and 13) stayed here for 10 nights this July. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was very comfortable and it was in a great location. There are several different Metro lines within walking distance which will take you anywhere in Paris and lots of good food (from shops and restaurants nearby). The neighborhood is very quiet, but close to everything. Our dealings with the owner were great. Luc was very responsive by email before our visit. Evelyn, the housekeeper, was very helpful when we arrived, getting us oriented to the apartment. The owner even stocked the fridge with some necessities (eggs, yogurt, OJ, fruit) to get us started (this was especially nice since we arrived late in the day and meant we already had food for breakfast the next morning! I wold definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers and would stay here again if we come back to Paris.

My only hesitation in recommending this apartment is that I don't want to increase the likelihood that it will be already booked if we have the opportunity to go to Paris again! The entire experience, from start to finish, was fabulous. The owner is very responsive and hospitable (and went well above the call-of-duty when a family emergency arose), and he distributes excellent tips for making the most of the stay. (He emails advice on sightseeing and running errands in advance and then also makes them available in the apt. itself.) The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and very quiet, and the owner leaves clear instructions on how to contact him should any problems arise. (He also calls to make certain that you're well-installed.) He leaves detailed instructions on how to use appliances (e.g., the washer), fixtures (e.g., skylights), and services (e.g. calling a taxi). Although it was not a problem for us, some visitors, depending on their size, might find the small shower in the second bedroom to be unusable. There's always the option, though, of using the spaceous shower in the main bedroom. (In that regard, the apartment might be better suited for a family than for two couples traveling together, depending on the size of the travelers.) We loved the location. Although it is in a quiet residential area, it is within walking distance of many of the major museums and attractions (e.g., Le Louvre, the Musee d'Orsay, the Eiffel Tour, L'Arc de Triomphe, Les Tuilleries, the Luxembourg Gardens) as well as restaurants and food shops. We never took the metro or a taxi, except when going to the train station. As others have noted, the proximity to La Grande Epicerie, in particular, is a definite plus; it's as amazing as everyone has noted. We did not do any cooking (although the apt. was well-equipped for anyone who wants to do so), but we were able to pick up delicious breakfast and dinner items to carry back to the apartment. (It is worth noting an extra nice touch, which is that we arrived to find the refrigerator stocked with eggs, yoghurt, and bottled water--a welcome sight after a long, jet-lag-inducing journey.) Luc and Veronique (the owners) and Evelyn (the on-site manager) do everything within their power to make the stay a five-star experience, and they have met with abundant success.

We loved, loved this apartment! It has two bedrooms, each with its own toilet and shower - truly a find. The rooms are a good size with a lovely salon and comfy chairs/sofas. The kitchen is small but very well stocked with small dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrig/freezer. We played Parisian while there getting our breakfast and supper form the boulangerie. patisserie and the fabulous nearby grocery store and eating at home or on a picnic. Location is ideal with 3 nearby Metro stations. We even walked to a number of sights on the Left Bank and enjoyed our quiet residential neighborhood and friendly neighbors. My grandson was sick one day (cold). To access the apartment, there is an outside door requiring a code, indoor gate requiring a key and then of course a key to the apartment. So we felt safe leaving him (14 years old) when he felt better and did some more sightseeing. This place made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Luc and the housekeeper checked on us and were always just a phone call away. This is the way to visit and be part of Paris.

We stayed at this charming apartment for the first week of June and it was just perfect for four seniors. The apartment is well appointed and is very well located for visiting Paris, in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to metro stations, shops and restaurants. It is within easy walking distance of most of the sights which we preferred rather than taking the metro. We did not meet Luc personally but in all our dealings with him by e-mail or phone he was most charming and helpful.
We would most certainly recommend this apartment and would rent it again if we were lucky enough to have another Paris visit.

A friend and I stayed in this lovely apartment for a week in April 2014; we had booked the room with Luc, the owner, nearly a year ago and looked forward to staying there after a weeklong trip on a river cruise. The apartment's location could not be better; it is directly behind the Hotel Matignon, the official residence of the French prime minister. Because of the diplomats in the area, there are often many police and guards in the area (who are quite friendly). We walked everywhere--Musee D'Orsay is 15 minutes away for example, so if you have good walking shoes and stamina, you can walk to almost every Paris tourist spot. Luc's apartment is, from an American perspective, quirky, but he provides a detailed notebook that walks you through the quirks. The kitchen is great. My friend and I appreciated the private bedrooms and baths. Local restaurants are very good. Free wifi and local phone service are included as is the cleaning service. The price is right--a good value--as this is one of Paris' most prestigious neighborhoods. The hotel next door posts a price of more than 200 euros for a single per night (although I found it cheaper on the web). All in all, if you are looking for the comforts of an apartment at a price that is better than most Paris hotels…and you want a desirable location, this is a find!

Thank you too to teach me that I should pay closer attention to explain the difference between home away and hotel. There is no room service and/or "concierge" in our Paris home; although being private retired owners we are fully available to help, to answer any questions and even to give calls during Guests stay to make sure everything is fine.
As you tell me "... If I ever have the good fortune to return to Paris and rent your lovely apartment " I may hope to have the pleasure to meet and to accommodate you again.Then I guess that nothing will look anymore 'quirky' to you :-)

The owner and his wife were very gracious and helpful and a delight to work with. They were there to warmly greet us when we arrived and showed us how to operate all the appliances and the washer/dryer/ They had a folder that contained information about the operation of every aspect of the apartment. The owner was available to answer what few questions that came up. The photos of the apt. were accurate and exactly depicted the apt. when we got there. It was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, it was very close to 3 metro stations which would drop you off near almost every site of interest. We even took the metro to Versailles. You could also walk (if you chose) to Notre Dame in 20 minutes, the Eiffel Tower in 20 minutes, the Musee D'Orsay in 15 minutes, the Rodin Museum in 10 minutes. The apt. was 5 minutes away from the most incredible department store in the world (Bon Marche') and its accompanying super market, which defies description (Le Epercerie). There is a great Italian restaurant about 5 minutes away, La Luciana. There are a number of good restaurants nearby and also great shops nearby on Rue Le Bac

I would highly recommend this apt. to everyone I know and we would definitely stay there again.

This atypical charming townhouse for 2 or 4 people is located in the heart of Paris, between the fancy Saint-Germain des Près and Montparnasse neighborhoods, between Les invalide/Eiffel Tower and Jardin du Luxembourg, close to ‘rue de Rennes’ and Musée Rodin; well known for Le Bon Marché and many fashionable clothes boutiques, groceries and restaurants.

This very peaceful and truly quiet townhouse is far from the noise of the city (you feel like in your countryside home) and in the hearth of it while lively Quartier Latin is 10 minutes away by foot.
