The New Casablanca on the Ocean is perfectly located in the heart and beachfront of Millionaires Row on Miami Beach. Five minutes from the elegant and chic shops of Bal Harbour and the excitement and action of South Beach's Art Deco District. The Port of Miami, Downtown Miami and Miami International Airport are easily accessible within fifteen minutes or less.

Completely renovated and lovingly restored in 2008, the New Casablanca is an historic Miami Beach oceanfront landmark welcoming visitors worldwide since the 1950's.

The Casa Blanca boasts a spectacular view of the sandy beaches framed by palm trees and the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and just in front, across the street, lies the Intracoastal Waterway. The pool is right on the beach along with newly renovated cabanas for those who are looking for a more romantic Miami Beach vacation.

Hi thank you for your interest on my unit; the rate for this unit is stated above plus a $60.00 dollar fee for cleaning, a $200.00 deposit will be due at the time the reservation is done and will be not refundable if the reservation is canceled two weeks or less prior to the date of arrival. Visa and Master card accepted. Taxes are included. One parking space is included with valet so the cost will be only tip ($2.00- $4.00). There are two washers and dryers on each floor and you will be responsible for the cleaning on the unit throughout your stay although you don't have to leave it clean when you leave. This was my second time here,Alex has become a friend,hes great to do business with. The pictures on here are accurate,and the room is clean. If its your first time planning on coming here you really dont need a car,,also go to South Beach Magazine.com it will show you all the clubs,dining,addresses,ect.

This was a great condo to stay in. I went for a few days and highly recommend it to anyone. Condo is fully equipped with everything you need. The room was clean and it was exactly what we expected. Owner was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended!

Excellent location! A quiet spot in Collins Avenue, everything is nearby, shops and restaurants, easy access to everywhere in Miami Beach by bus or taxi.
The apartment is excellent too, with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It's right on the beach and there's a gas station and a Seven Eleven just across the street.
I would recommend this property to everyone going to Miami Beach.
