Contract Policy:
Also for business or social meetings, ask for the Signature Conference Room. The entire resort is non-smoking. There is a private work room that you have access to a PC computer, printer, fax and phone. Just ask the concierge.
Refresh maid service is at your option and costs extra.
A small deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All monies advanced are 100% refundable when your cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival. After 60 days, I will amortize your refund by 30 days plus administrative fee of $25.00.
Owner Profile:
We are a group of Signature property owners that have decided to independently rent our Luxury Suites. We have 'Pride of Ownership' and keep our suites PRISTINE. We regularly inspect our suites to make sure they represent our level of quality and cleanliness. We maintain the highest quality of all contents including the maid service, linens and towels. We have also added personal touches such as designer pillows, additional kitchen items, and more. All our guests will experience a luxurious stay in their Home away from Home, while staying in our suites. We expect our renters to maintain and respect our nonsmoking suites.
