The apartment has one queen size bed one air mattress and one new futon; plasma TV w/Cable DVD, AM/FM/CD/IPod radio, local calls, air conditioning, full size refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen

with stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all utensils, cookware; full bathroom; towels and linens; beach chairs.

Building amenities include: Elegant lobby/reception area, swimming pool with BBQ/picnic area and bathrooms, laundromat, 24 hour security., and gym with weight room and cardio equipment

The apartment is located on the Isla Verde Strip just steps away from the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. It is next door to the El San Juan hotel and casino and also next the Ritz Carlton. It is also within walking distance to walgreens, Outback steak house, Ruth Chris, Asian Bistro, Club Brava, Drums, The water club and many other restaurants and bars.

Looking for a place to stay? Look no more!! This was an awesome place to stay, walking distance to the best spots on the beach to great places to eat. Condo Is spacious, clean and feels like home. Choose to eat in there's a kitchen, relax on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I would recommend it to family and friends! I will definitely be back!

the condo was perfect clean,awesome view,close to everything
stayed for a week was great
had a few problem but owner took care of it right away

Unbelievable!! Breathtaking..Fully Stocked Studio Apt With all the Amenties you can need and More!!Great views Great Nightlife Rite in the heart Of isla Verde everything you need is in walking distance!!Plenty Of activity to and Lots of Restaurants!!Well Worth the Stay and then some!! would Definetely Do it all over again.Well Worth the price and Reasonable time frame..
