Aruba Vacation Rental villa

Villa Features: The villa is a three bedroom, two bathroom house. It features a pool and large roofed terrace and the property is surrounded by a seven foot privacy wall. The house is air conditioned and completely outfitted with furniture, linens, dishes and cookware, washer and dryer, televisions on cable, and hi speed DSL internet access. It is our private home and we live and host guests there several months each year.

Villa Location: The villa is located in the northern part of the island one hundred yards off a main highway. The more popular restaurants, beaches, and attractions are also located in the north end and most are an easy and short drive from the villa. There are several neighborhood grocery stores in the immediate area and four American style supermarkets ten minutes from the villa. The villa sits on a hill and the California Lighthouse, Alta Vista Chapel, resort strips, and the downtown Oranjestad cruise ship harbor may all be seen from the second floor balcony. The balcony is also a great place to watch the sun set in the western sea over a cool drink and enjoy the Caribbean sea breeze.

Aruba: If you are not familiar with Aruba, it is located in the southern Caribbean outside the hurricane belt. It is generally sunny and dry and temperatures do not vary much throughout the year. Aruba has the highest standard of living in the Caribbean, there is virtually no unemployment, and visitors feel safe day and night. The Arubiano are friendly, most speak English, Spanish, Dutch, and their own Papiamento and are easy to engage in conversation if you are inclined.
