It is less than a mile from the Town Center amenities and only ten minutes from the biggest skiing in North America! Cross country ski trails are located at the end of the street, and offer access to over 75 kilometers of groomed ski and snowshoe trails. This artfully designed home has over six thousand square feet of living space to provide you and your family with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the best of the West. The floor plan is perfect for entertaining, yet there are plenty of private areas for reading a good book or relaxing by a fire.

Four stylishly decorated bedrooms will make you never want to leave, a special feature is a bunkroom that the kids will love - complete with a hidden door! A master suite has a 3-sided gas fireplace and a private deck with a hot tub ... perfect for the after-ski or hike soak! Double walk-in closets can hold all of your vacation gear.

The upstairs is home to a guest room and bath, and the get-away room. This is the place to come for ping pong, foosball, cards and games. A TV nook also graces the upstairs loft, and all the while you have outstanding views of Lone Mountain. This home has windows that maximize both warmth and light. Custom concrete floors with radiant heat allow you to walk barefoot all winter. The setting is perfect for wildlife viewing, and one of the highpoints of our viewing was to watch a mother moose give birth to her baby, right outside our dining room window! Elk, deer and the occasional black bear have all been frequent visitors and wonderful neighbors.
