JUST STEPS TO BEAUTIFUL JENNESS BEACH

Really just wanted to echo what others have said about this fabulous place. We had a wonderful week here, got to share this terrific house with several family members, and generally had just the perfect beach vacation.

The house is perfectly situated for a vacation on the NH seacoast, and being just a few steps from beautiful Jenness Beach was ideal. The house is comfortable, and welcoming, and Cindy was very attentive and accomodating to everything that we needed. Really felt as if you were staying at a friend's house rather than a rental.

Too many highlights to list them all but making campfires at night and listening to the waves, walks along the magnificent oceanfront, enormous lobster rolls at the Beach Plum, and spending time wandering around the lovely town of Portsmouth were a few of them.

Would highly, highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in this part of the world, and we will definitely be back.

This is our second visit to this lovely happy cottage on the coast of New Hampshire and I am still finding sand between my toes and smiling. Our family of many generations has used this beach house as a family reunion. It works great and found two members of family walking around the house saying" I love this place."

Cindy,the owner, has thought of everything one might need at the beach and everything is clean and in working order and cannot wait for a return visit of longer duration.

The pictures of this charming home don't do it justice. The day we walked in I was so pleasantly surprised by the size,decor and cleanliness. What an adorable beach cottage with everything a family needs to enjoy a week at the beach! The tall ceilings and bright colors make the place feel larger than it is. The decor is cheery, beachy and all the furnishings are comfortable. We had plenty of room to store 3 bikes out on the side patio as well. The home had everything we needed for making meals and taking our kids to the beach. The kitchen has every appliance and plenty of dishes for cooking and for food service. For the beach, 3 Boogie Boards, 6 beach chairs and several beach towels too. The bedrooms are conveniently located towards the back of the house for privacy and peacefulness. One bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a day bed with a trundle, so it could sleep up to four. The master has a queen bed with a small room off it with a twin that could be used for a toddler or a small child. Both bathrooms are nicely appointed with showers and decorated in a beachy theme. There is a grill, and we used it. There is ample private parking right next to the home which is very convenient, especially on busy weekends. The owners have a game outside called "Bimini Ring" which we all had alot of fun with! So much so we ordered one for our own home when we returned. Rye beach is a wonderful area.... laid back with friendly locals. RGS, which is a little store right next door, has an ice machine which was great for filling as we headed to the beach. They also have really great breakfasts and lunches. Although we ate most our meals at the house, it was a nice option. We also enjoyed the Italian Food at Ronaldos. The portions are big, so be hungry when you go! Cindy was more than accomodating. She contacted me a week before we arrived and was very helpful in describiIng what the home had. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful family vacation or couples get-away.
