This property is close by to nearby attractions including Comal River for tubing, Schlitterbahn Voted the best Waterpark, Landa Park, Landa Park Golf Course, and also New Braunfels is conveniently located in the middle of San Marcos where the Tanger Outlet Mall is located and San Antonio which has Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World, and the San Antonio Zoo.

This huge home is located on the Guadalupe River/Lake Dunlap.

This is a great place for large or small groups with a lot of privacy and space. With a spacious kitchen and living room. The outside is ideal for cookouts with water access right from the back of the house.

It's located right around the corner from the IH-35 under pass where there is a boat ramp so bring your boats or jet-skis for great fun in the water.

Very Impressive

This place was even better than I expected. We had a party of 8, each couple had their own room, which was really nice, but we spent most of our time outside on the patio. We all loved it and plan to come back. The only thing missing was a Hot Tub...hint hint :)
