This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a lovingly renovated older home. It is ideal for anyone that has problems with stairs, and has a front and back entrance so unpacking the car and taking in groceries is easy. The living room is an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area which seats 6 comfortably. Ceramic tile throughout with the exception of carpet in the bedrooms.
It also has the added bonus of a Den with sliding glass doors which open to a small and private patio. The Den is furnished with a desk for your computer hookup, a bookcase with games and books, a stereo for your enjoyment and a reading chair. If you would prefer something smaller in size, please ask me about my 1 bedroom unit.
Around the side of the house is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after you return from the beach. You'll also find the BBQ grill with charcoal and lighter fluid right outside your back door.
There are beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and an umbrella which you are free to take down to the beach, and probably a fishing rod or two. Pack a picnic lunch and make a day of it. If you're lucky you might just see a rocket or Shuttle launch!!
