This spacious and well maintained 1 Bedroom, 3rd floor penthouse condo has nearly 1000 sq. ft., has a finished roof access, and is located across the street from the beautiful Bavaro beaches, offering incredible beach access through the famous El Pulpo Cojo Beach/Bar/Restaurant. Its ideally situated within a 6-9 minute walk to beach restaurants, excursion companies, more Beach/Bar Restaurants, a Casino, ATM, currency exchange, mini bars, a bakery, grocery stores, and nearly every kind of shopping imaginable. Santa Maria del Mar II is a favorite community because of its beautiful and serene tropical grounds, and 2 community pools. This condo is fully furnished & equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It has plenty of storage, including a walk-in-closet and 1 full bathroom with a separate vanity area. Sleeps 2 - ( or 4 with an off the floor blow-up mattress). Located just 20 Minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport and tons of other attractions.

Has a stainless 6 burner stovetop/ oven. Beach chairs provided on the Beach for free with 1 drink per person minimum. Otherwise you can access the public beach directly next door from the El Pulpo Cojo Restaurant and bring your own cooler and towels. A new laid back bar/ small restaurant called Vista Bar' is directly next to El Pulpo Cojo and drinks and food are much more affordable. Menu is limited, but owner speaks English. This is a Tropical Urban setting with a deck overlooking the ocean for seating.

This mall consists of a movie theater with the latest releases (2 in English, 1 in Spanish). This is the home to the Hard Rock Cafe' Punta Cana. This mall also has specialty wine shops, and numerous name brand shops, restaurants, and boutiques. This condo is just a short 15 Minute drive to several Marine Life attractions, Water Parks, more Casinos and Excursions, 9 Championship golf courses, and nightclubs. There's even a nightclub located inside a natural cave called (Imagine).
