This beautifully renovated flat is one block from Golden Gate Park, making your leisure activities very accessible. It features a fully equipped, new large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as custom cabinets. There is a spacious dining room. There are 2.5 new bathrooms. Both of the bedrooms have en-suite marble bathrooms. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds, one of the bedrooms has French doors with a balcony over-looking a lovely garden. In addition, there are two twin sized aero-beds and a porta-crib [with washable cover], making this an ideal choice for families. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace. There are hardwood floors and radiant heat throughout.

It is very convenient to UCSF [University of California Medical Center] and USF [University of San Francisco.] Grocery shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
