Completely refurbished in 2009, the apartment has been equipped to answer all your needs. The convertible sofa – bought in 2009 – offers excellent quality bedding. A third person can even sleep on a second bed situated on the mezzanine. On the kitchen side, you’ll find all the equipments (stove, microwave with grilling function, kettle, toaster and utensils such as pans, cutlery, dishes, etc) needed to make lovely meals. A major asset to avoid wasting money to eat in Paris. Small but useful, the shower room is also bran new, and you will of course have all the necessary linen (towel, bed sheets, etc) at your disposal. To satisfy customers, big cupboards will allow you to put your luggage away during your stay and feel like at home. Furthermore, you will benefit from broadband access, cable TV along with free phone calls towards more than 90 destinations (including USA, Canada and Australia). A economic way to stay in touch with your close ones or even call me during your stay.

Located in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés, at the border of the 6th and 7th district, this apartment benefits from an amazing situation. There, you will reside in the center of Paris a few meters away from the Seine river, the Orsay museum and only 5 minutes walk from the glass pyramid - the famous entrance of the Louvre museum - accessible through the Caroussel Bridge. Ideal to walk your way around Paris without wasting time in transports ! Central and easily accessible with public transports (underground line 4, 10 or 12 and RER, only 5 minutes walk to the apartment), the area is full of restaurants and cafés to live like true Parisians. The well known café Les Deux Margots and Café de Flore are only 300 meters away. To buy your groceries, you will find a supermarket (500 meters away) open 7D/7, bakeries (100 meters), several good wine shops but also the massive Saint-Germain market (600 meters) along with the famous Ladurée store where you will taste wonderful macarons.

    1. As soon as the availability and agreement on the amount of rental fee has been confirmed, give me your name, address and phone number (a cellphone number that you will bring to Paris would be useful). Choose 'Final agreement' as object for your message.
    2. I will return the rental contract by email along with my bank details or PayPal in order to pay the account (30% of rental cost). Any bank expenses or PayPal charges are at the lodgers expense.
    3. Print, sign, then return the contract by email (after scanning it) or by fax. Do not forget to indicate the reference of the bank transfer or PayPal.
    4. As soon as contract and account have been received, you will be receiving a confirmation along with all the necessary details to get to the flat.
    5. Full settlement of rental fee (70% remaining) must be paid when keys of flat are delivered, in cash, in Euros exclusively. If you would rather not travel with cash, you can also settle rental fee by transfer or PayPal.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time in the apartment. It's got an unbelievable location that's close to the action, but still feels quiet and cozy. Aurelien was also extremely helpful with any questions we had. The free long distance to the US is a lifesaver and the wi-fi made it easy to get quick answers about our vacation in Paris. Perfect for two people looking for a great value on a romantic getaway, we're looking forward to coming back as soon as possible!

An absolutely lovely and cozy little place with all the amenities of home. My wife and I stayed for a week and we were absolutely thrilled with this apartment. It is in a spectacular neighborhood and Aurelien, the manager , was incredibly helpful and responsive to any and all of our requests. We will most certainly contact him again before our next stay in Paris.

I stayed in the Saints-Peres apartment last month on my first ever trip to Paris, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. It was the absolute perfect accomodation for us - very comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and superbly located. Our host, Aurelien, couldn't have been more accomodating. He was friendly, easy to reach, and we felt very comfortable doing business with him. He went out of his way to make us feel at home. I can't wait to work with him again on my next trip !

Do you want a 4 minutes walk to the Louvre?

We had a perfect time in Paris, thanks to Aurelien's professionalism and the location of his fantastic apartment. Do you want a 4 minutes walk to the Louvre? A stocked neighborhood market downstairs for making dinner and lunch? 5 minutes walk to Saint Germain church? A quiet neighborhood? This apartment is for you !

This apartment is a perfect for a single person or a couple that doesn't require a lot of excess space. We loved the kitchen. It had everything we needed. When we return to Paris, we'll stay at this apartment in the 6th District again.
