Both units have a great deck which has a gate that opens to the other unit. BEST CONDO IN OC!

This unit is by far the nicest, cleanest, and best equipped family vacation rental we have ever experienced. Pictures cannot do this condo justice – it is spacious inside and beautifully decorated, the balcony is outrageously large (500 sq ft!) and overlooks the beach & boardwalk at just the right height to enjoy people watching and any night time beach events (a laser show right in front while we were there), and everything you need is provided from excellent cooking supplies & appliances to high speed wifi. And ON the OC boardwalk at THE prime location in the heart of restaurants and entertainment! With great security & 2 parking spaces in the garage to boot. Our family was truly blown away.
We came to OC for a combined family vacation & to celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation. A rental accommodation can either make or break your vacation and this wonderful “home away from home” accommodated our every need and contributed significantly to making it a wonderful holiday.

Just want to let anyone considering condo #409 "Just do it". My husband and I came to O.C. for our sons graduation in Salsbury. Belmont Towers is top notch. The condo itself was very comfortable and equipped with everthing you need. It was decorated very tastefully.You are right on the boardwalk for a evening stroll or walking in the sun in the day. There are tons of shops,restaurants, sight seeing etc. Its all right there for your enjoyment. It is perfect for every age group. The boardwalk amusement park is a two minute walk from your condo. We chilled out on the pool deck and watched the real daredevils trying the bungy sling ride at the boardwalk amusement park. It was just perfect for us. And John Vogelsang was very attentive in making sure the we had no problems with codes, directions, etc. Thanks John we will return for another great time in the future. Thanks Again, Melanie

Beautiful condo!

I rented this unit along with the condo next door for a family vacation. Wow! It was gorgeous! My grandchildren loved it- they were right on the beach! My adult children loved it- It is so close to everything! It made it so much easier on them with taking the kids places because there are restaurants, stores and the beach all right there! Springfest was just a hop, skip and a jump away! The condo was tastefully decorated, and had everything you need. It was so clean! I loved how the gate can open up on the balcony and we could all share the balcony- which is huge! I would highly recommend this condo, and I will be renting again from John and Tina. We met them while we were there, and they are such a nice couple- we really enjoyed our visit with them! John Vogelsang was awesome to work with. It was a great vacation at a GREAT PLACE!!!!
