Photos and Description of the Heber vacation cabin rental
Cabin, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-8)

The cabin sits on 2.5 acres with a covered wrap around porch and great views of Black Canyon. Built of Cedar Logs with tongue and groove cedar ceilings and slate floors. Lots of room to relax indoors or out. Take a nap in the hammock or sun on the deck. You can explore the milky way with the telescope from the sun deck. The master bath shower is 7' X 3' with dual shower heads and the water is heated with a tankless hot water heater so you won't run out of hot water.

Deer and elk are frequently seen on the property as well as wild turkey, red tailed hawks and an occasional eagle. National forest is 300 ft south of the property. Trout fishing is 12 miles away at Black Canyon Lake. One hour to Sunrise Ski resort.

About The Owner

My brother and I built the cabin working on it weekends for 18 months. We use it often when it is available and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The Owner purchased this cabin in 2008
Why The Owner chose Heber

I built the cabin here because it is only 2 1/2 hours from Phoenix and it is a nice escape from the desert heat. Some snow in the winter and I actually prefer the winters up here.

What makes this cabin unique

Lots of room to relax, take a walk. Lots of mountain roads for ATV's. We keep the humming bird feeders full during the spring, summer, and fall as there are many varieties in the area.
