Enjoy our beautiful luxury home located in one of Marco's most exclusive areas. The screened lanai / pool is sunlit all day with its southern exposure. Spacious great room w/ entertainment center and cable TV overlooks inland waterway. Kitchen opens to pool and covered dining area in lanai. Master bedroom has sliders to oversized lanai for sitting area, huge walk in closet and master bath w/ walk-in shower and bath. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two have queens and share a fully appointed bath, one has two twins with it's own full bathroom. There is a lovely sitting area off the great room. A large den/office w/ high speed internet terminal available . A separate formal dinning room adjecent to the kitchen. A full sized laundry room for you convenience. Minutes to Tigertail Beach, South Beach, the Island Country Club, public library, restaurants and shopping. Heated pool and weekly maintained.

Fun in Marco Island

We had an excellent time - we enjoyed our Marco Island vacation and the use of your house. The house was more than spacious to accomodate everyone in our group. We really appreciated how the kitchen was fully equipped down to the smallest items. Also it was handy to have books and games in the study. Everyone had a great time in the pool. We also made use of the gas grill for lunches and dinners. We were lucky enough to see a pair of dophins in the channel behind your house. Thank you again. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful Home

We stayed for one week and had a great time. The House was very spacious and clean. The facilities that are available were great, the BBQ and the wash room were used often. The pool area was wonderful and we spent some time watching the dolphins in the water.

On arrival we had a slight problem with the air conditioning (we didnt realise that there were two controls!) and the coffee maker wasnt working, but Joan called as soon as I let her know and sorted us out in a flash (a lovely lady).

I would recommend this property for a holiday, it was fab!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The Absolute Perfect Location For A Family Reunion

Thank you for allowing my family to have a very comfortable place to stay and relax.

Our family (12) included a full range of age groups. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen wares, a nice propane barbecue, internet, dish washer, and washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked well and the pool was fantastic. The neighborhood as very quiet and the beaches were near and uncrowded with plenty of shells and white sand.

Even though we only stayed for seven days at your home, I can assure you that it will be a vacation we will remember for many years. A vacation filled with good memories of the precious time our family had with each other.

Hopefully we can re-visit your home soon. Thank you again.
