Cape Cottage is located in 'Holiday Hills', near the Virginia Dare Marina and close to the State Park. This is the best location on the lake with no steps to the dock. The water right off the dock is perfect for swimming, boating and all water sports. Great for the entire family, this cottage is a favorite with kids who love the large water trampoline, teens love the location on the lake for water sports and families love the beach volleyball court. Fisherman find our cove to be the lake's best for morning fishing. The cottage itself is fresh, clean and newly decorated with designer touches in every room. On the main level is an open kitchen w/breakfast bar, great room w/Dish TV, dining room, Master Bedroom and Master Bath. Sliding doors from the great room and Master Bedroom open onto a beautiful sunporch that overlooks the lake. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and a rec. room with sleep sofas, foosball and another Dish TV. The dock is furnished with lounge chairs, and an umbrella table

This house is ideally located in 'Holiday Hills', and sits right on the water, in a quiet cove. The water at the dock is perfect for swimming, boating and all other water sports.
