This beautiful and spacious home has a lot to offer and keep you feel at home while enjoying your vacation. A fully fenced and professionally landscaped property with four bedrooms plus huge loft and 3 car garage. Surely, you will be delighted by its spacious interior and the style and quality of the furnishings. The very spacious living area includes sitting/living room, great/family room and formal dining room. An upgraded gourmet kitchen featured with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are one of the amenities it has to offer. The center island is perfect for breakfast and quick meals on the fly. The huge covered lanai is specifically designed for your relaxation and outdoor activities. It is also equipped with outdoor kitchen, sink with county water, gas cooking and grilling for your dining convenience.

The master bedroom suite is located downstairs featured with its exclusive bath room, extra large jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sink and his and her walk in closets. Beside the master bedroom is another large bedroom with queen bed and a full bath room across, with double sink and maple cabinets. The custom built second floor also offers two bedrooms, full bath, double sink, maple cabinets and a huge loft, over looking the great/family room. The huge loft is also designed for kids station equipped with TV, Dish Network channels, DVD player, movies, game boards, plug-in games and can be utilized as an open sleeping area with air mattress for extra guests, perfect for large group. In addition, an isolated computer area with DSL & WIFI access is readily available for your computing needs.

The Most Affordable Luxary in the Big Island

ALOHA to all Hawaiians to Big Island. First things First, if you are here in BI for Volcanoes, don't stay in Kona and prefer HILO. If you agree to my first statement, then this house is for you.

A perfect location for visiting the greener side of the island. The house is BIG, easily accessible and "CLEAN" is the word and is better than the pictures posted. Joyce is a wonderful host, answered all my queries instantly, and my kudos to her to think of providing even the smallest amenities that you might need on your vacation. Its a perfect home for 2-10 people easily. Its close to Hilo, Volcano Park, Lava Tree park, Rainbow and Akaka falls all in few miles distance. Food Mart and Walmart are also accessible. Me and my wife had a perfect 4 night stay in the house and wish to have continued here for more time. If i plan to return to BI again, i know i dont have to search for another vacation rentals.

Also the Rooster Farm in front is not much a problem, rather it made me felt close to nature, If you are in main master bedroom, you really dont hear the noise. so its kinda OK.

Joyce, just a thought, the house has all the luxuries except one which i think is a little black mark. I think its high time to replace the TV with a Flat screen Digital TV and that will add more beauty to the Family room.

Thanks alot for providing us with the wonderful stay that made us feel special. Wish you and all the future renters all the best for their vacation. Mahalo and have a great time in this house and in Hawaii..

This house comfortably slept 8 people and it could accomodate more if needed. The first impression I had was how "clean" this home is. They also have beautiful gardenias, ferns, orchids and more growing in their yard. The owner is amazing, very accomodating.

Wonderful Place to be

Thank you Joyce for sharing your beautiful house with us. There were 6 adults, 4 kids, and never once did we feel crowded. The minute we walked into the house we felt welcomed. Absolutely breath taking. The kids loved the landscaped yard to play in. Your neighbors we saw were friendly and always gave us the "neighbor wave". We felt safe and protected. The house is in a very nice location to hit all the places we wanted to go on the Hilo side of the island. What can i say about the roosters?? Well..they are roosters, they make noise. Despite the early morning wake up call, we were able to fall back to sleep. We didn't use all the fun things you have for swimming and whatnot, but you sure did think of everything. Thank you for making everything smooth and easy. You always answered my questions right away and made it very easy.

Excellent Vacation Paradise!

We arrived on the Big Island for just a couple of night's stay before heading back to Oahu. I have to say, we absolutely loved our time on the Big Island and this vacation rental had so much to do with it. After 3 days of siteseeing, coming back to this relaxing, beautiful spacious home made our days even that much better.

I would recommed renting this house in a heartbeat. Joyce was quick with her responses to our inquiries prior to renting the space and with follow up answers to questions we had before our trip. She is a true pleasure to work with. We had our deposit refund back quickly as well, which was also very nice.

If you are looking for a 2-night stay or a longer term stay near Hilo, I 100% recommend this rental. Beautiful, relaxing, serene and totally enjoyable!!

I would highly recommend this house to a family. We really enjoyed our stay and the house was large enough for 10 people. Lots of room space to roam around and we did not feel cramp in one house. The house was clean and all the things we needed are very accessible (utensil, cookware, etc). Rooms are roomy. I would definitely rent this house again if ever I needed a place to stay when I am in Hilo. Mahalo Joyce for being efficient.
