Why Owner chose Brooklyn
I chose to live in Crown Heights, Brooklyn because of it's undeniable charm, and convenient access to Manhattan.
What makes this apartment unique
Homemade banana bread and a cupboard stocked with Brooklyn Roasted Gorilla coffee awaits you. You'll find a sanctuary here, and you'll be privy to all of my personal favorite activities in the neighborhood. Satellite TV with over 150 channels including 30 movie channels, DVD player and DVD library are all set for when you need to unwind. This is a true basement suite with ceiling height of approximately 83' high (6ft 10'), with the exception of a mid section which is 73' high (6ft 1').
