Wonderful 5 bedroom house on Conesus Lake. Beautiful views on the sunset side of the lake with afternoon breezes. Watch the sun set from the outdoor deck. The interior is freshly painted in some rooms with new carpeting in the living room. Main bath is completely brand new. Each bedroom has a theme, classic, southwestern, white wicker, sports, fish. This house is set up for your vacation fun. Dock, swim platform, paddle boat, 2 kayaks, life vests. Bring your own fishing poles for fishing. Bring your trailer-able boat and keep it safe on the boat hoist. A foosball table is indoors to keep the kids busy on a rainy day. If you have kids, Minnehans fun center is a 10 minute ride away with a restaurant, go karts, batting cages, and mini golf. A local drive-in movie theater is only 15 minutes away.
