2 Story Beach Home. Located within steps of the sand. One block South of the Newport Pier! Fully furnished. 4 bedrooms/ Two Bathrooms. 2 bedrooms/1 Bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms/1 Bath downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms (One Full Size Bed and One Queen Size) have sliding patio doors which open up to the large upper deck. The bath has a combination tub/shower. The Back bedroom downstairs has a Queen size bed. The Front Bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size lower bed and twin size upper. The Downstairs bath has original 1900's clawfoot bathtub. Also located downstairs is the kitchen,laundry area (washer & dryer), dining room and living room. Enjoy both Day and Night Views of the bay and ocean from the Large Upper Deck. Deck furnished with Charcoal BBQ, Table for 6 and plenty of chairs for relaxing! Small Rear Yard has Table for 4 and is cool and shady in the heat of the day.     Years and other Holidays $3000.00 per week. Multiple Week Discounts Available for Non-Holiday Weeks. $400.00 per night Sunday through Thursday Nights (Non-Holiday). $450.00 per night Friday and Saturday Night (Non-Holiday). 3 Night Minimum. Non-Holiday Weekly Rate $2600.
  • Enjoy Two Complete Weekend Days At The Beach!
    Friday Afternoon Check-In.
    Late Sunday Check-Out (6:00PM).
    $1000.00 plus tax, cleaning and $500 Security Deposit.
    Subject To Availability. Non-Holiday Weekends Only.
    $800.00 Security Deposit For Weekly Rentals/$500.00 For Daily,
    Check-In Time 2:00 Pm Check-Out Time 10:00 AM, Unless Otherwise Stated
    50% of Total due is required upon Reservation.
    Balance due 4 weeks before date of Check-in.
    On reservations made without 4 weeks available notice total will be
    due upon reservation.
