Year round resort community - ski, golf, tennis, polo, horse back riding, kayaking, swimming ( lake and pool ), hiking, rock climbing, relaxing. Great world class restaurants as well as traditional Argentina fare within walking or short drive distance. House, completed in 2009, was designed and decorated by award winning Buenos Aires architectural team of Arlic Galindez. House can accommodate as few as 2 and as many as 12. Brand new modern house in gated community on Lago Gutierrez 15 minutes outside of Bariloche. Argentina's 2nd largest ski area 10 minutes away and can be seen from the house. Golf course, swimming pool, spa, exercise facility, tennis courts, polo fields, soccer field, horse back riding and boating- all part of the gated community. Bariloche, a city of 60,000, has many restaurants, shops and beautiful views of Lago Nahuel Huapi. Airport is 20 minutes from house.
