This luxurious, mountain style home is located in the heart of downtown Canmore on a quiet street. A five minute walk to the dozens of cafes, wine bars and Canmore's finest shops. Hiking, walking trails right out the front door. One block from the Bow River, single tennis court right across the street. Ten minute walk to the world famous Canmore Nordic Centre. Only 20 minutes from the Town of Banff and Mt. Norquay, 30 minutes to Sunshine Village ski resort.

Also a block from the Bow River (where incidentally is some of Canada's best fly-fishing) with its miles of walking paths, across from the Nordic Center Canmore's world class cross country skiing, mountain biking and disc golf facility. Tennis anyone?? There is a very popular single tennis court and a park right out the front door.

Proximity To National Parks: Situated a 20 minute drive to Banff National Park, 45 min from the famous Lake Louise ski area and 20 East to Kananaskis Country the opportunities to explore nature are endless.
