The Lake is a Wonderful Place to be!:
The summer mornings start out with water as smooth as glass, with an occasional fishing boat. As the vacationers begin to wake up, the skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, jet-skiing and sight seeing boats start to appear.
You can launch your boat in our subdivision, 100 yards from our house. Use our private dock for fishing, swimming, or securing your boat or jet ski. Rent a boat or jet-ski from a local business. By boat you have access to 20 miles of waterways. We are in a convenient location in Kingsland. The supermarket, banks, post office, churches, library, restaurants, convenience stores, Chamber of Commerce, and other businesses are five minutes away. Traffic is minimal.
The fall climate is pure enjoyment and the winter climate is also mild. The winter temperature is usually in the 50-70 degree range. Our 'freeze spells' never last long. We rarely have snow and it melts quickly. The lake never freezes over. Kingsland is a popular attraction for Winter Texans.

Area Attractions:
We are 85 minutes from San Antonio's Fiesta Texas, Sea World, and Zoo. Also, Schlitterbahn Water Park in San Marcos. However, I doubt you will be able to entice your kids away from the lake!
Take a day trip and climb the massive, granite mountain at Enchanted Rock State Park.
Parasailing is available on the 3 major summer holidays. Great golfing is available year round on 5 area golf courses. Guides are available to enhance your fishing for bass, catfsh and croppie in our string of lakes, rivers, and coves. Striper fishing on Lake Buchanan is outstanding. View and photograph Eagles nesting on the Llano River bank from Jan through spring each year. Llano County is the 'Deer Capital of Texas'. Obtain a license and take part in seasonal deer and dove hunting. Watch July 4th fireworks from our yard.
Don't forget your camera. Capture your friends and family as they enjoy the endless activities on Lake LBJ and the Texas Hill Country. Don't forget to get in the picture yourself!
