It is a great house (3 bedrooms/3 baths) with new appliances, kitchen and bathrooms and is located just a mile from the fantastic Port Charlotte, Fl beach complex! Imagine, walking distance to Sunset! http://charlottecountyfl.com/Parks/ParkPages/PortCharlotteBeach.asp This home is roomy with 1,600 sq. ft. and offers wonderful views of the canal and a private dock, as it is on the end of the canal, which is rare... Fishing right from your private dock! The home has been completely renovated inside with new bathrooms and kitchen cabinets, tile floors through out, and the furniture has been placed. This is a lovely location for a seasonal rental and is in a nice quiet neighborhood with great neighbors too! Close to shopping, restaurants, entertainments and some of the best beaches on the West Coast of Florida!

Watch the birds and marine life from the living room, go on a cruise of the harbor or take the water taxis for a day long trip to the barrier islands. A great place to spend a week or a season with many attractions.
