This family owned townhouse with 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths can provide a great vacation for more than one family, a few friends or would be great for two. We can accommodate up to twelve comfortably with lots of room to relax and get away.

The fully furnished family beach house has all that is needed for a family to enjoy an affordable vacation. There are 3 levels with the ground level having one bedroom, bathroom with a living/dining room combination. The 2nd level has a full size kitchen, living room, dining room and a half bath. The 3rd level has the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a large storage/closet. The 3 levels of the beach house allows for activities for the kids and quite time for adults.

The beach house is private and is just a short walk to a quite beach for every one of all ages to enjoy.

Why The Owner chose Redington Shores

When living in Pennsylvania, we would make the drive every summer with our children, to these Florida beaches. Once we moved to Florida, we were fortunate to find this location to build our very own family beach house, providing us a summer vacation that we have been enjoying since 1975. After all these years, our children now bring their children, and we all enjoy family gatherings and the relaxation of being at the beach.

What makes this townhome unique

My husband, a Professional Engineer by trade, had the home designed and constructed with cinder block and pre-stressed cement, which makes the house very safe from Florida storms. Most times the beach is quiet & secluded. You'll have this gorgeous beach to yourself! You can spend time walking for miles on the white sand or take a short walk down to the local fishing pier. The local restaurants are favorites with the locals that live in this quite community and visitors. Some visitors have found their way to John’s Pass (shops), the local ice cream shops, Pinellas Bike Trail, and when in the mood for a movie they take off to the Tyrone Mall. However, we have found that some of our fondest memories come from hanging out at the beach house and playing board games and catching up with family members.

My family spent our Spring Break in Alex's condo. We had the bottom unit along with the top unit. It was a great vacation! Both unit's were supplied with everything you need for the week. The kitchen has plenty of items to use to cook dinner if you didn't want to eat out each day. I love that Alex has beach towels and chairs there so no need to worry about bringing your own. Washer and dryer was nice to be able to do laundry each day. The beds were very comfortable! One of the best part was coming in from the beach each day to a nice cool condo. The air worked GREAT! We had no issues at all dealing with Alex. He was great to deal with and was always willing to answer a text or email when I had questions as we planned out trip! He had some great suggestions on places to eat and visit while we were there.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced condo that is close to the beach , this place is it! The walk to the beach was only a few steps away. It was easy to run back to the condo to grab lunch or even to run to the bathroom. Very convenient!
I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay again if we visit the area next year.

Reunion

The house was fine for what my group needed -- a clean, spacious house with multiple places to sleep. The location was great (literally 20 steps from the beach) with a few restaurants just down the road. It was loaded with everything we needed, including sheets, towels, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. The decor was definitely outdated (like, from the '70s outdated), but I wasn't looking to buy the place so it didn't affect me. Overall, it was a great house at a very reasonable price.

Great place for a weekend with friends

This townhouse was a great place for a reunion with friends. It's not the most modern, but was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook many of our meals in, but was also close to restaurants if we chose to go out. Great view from the balcony of the sunset on the beach!

A group of 10 from around the country used this house as our reunion destination. We comfortably fit in this perfectly situated house..only steps from the beach. We rented the bottom suite and the upstairs unit, which was perfect to allow people with babies or kids to have the seperate space. The view of the ocean and sunset out of the family room window was incredible. The place was stocked with everything we needed...beach towels, beach chairs (and a wagon to get them out to the beach), charcoal grill, games...plus all of the living ammenities one could want...washer and dryer, linens, towels, very well stocked kitchen, extra ice maker, and more. The owners were more than friendly and accomodating, and recommended some great local retaurants.

We had an amazing time at this house! It was in a quiet and quaint neighborhood where all the folks were friendly and the beach was only steps away. The house decor was a little outdated, but if you let that stop you, you'd really be missing out. We had ten adults and there was more than enough room to spread out, or to come together and socialize. Everything you could possibly need was included in the rental from the blankets to the beach chairs and board games. There was a diner two doors down, a convenience store within walking distance, and plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes drive. The owner of the house was very friendly and helpful, and also flexible with a few extra requests we had. I highly recommend this house to any large group or family wanting to spend some quality time together.
