This European chateau-inspired condominium property is a spacious retreat located just one block from Aspen Mountain, historic downtown and the free skier shuttle. An elegant courtyard, complete with outdoor heated pool and hot tub, serves as the centerpiece of the Fasching Haus Condominiums.

Ideal for families, singles, and small meetings, these residences are known for their comfort and convenience. The front desk and concierge are located on-site. A small meeting room is available for wine and cheese parties or group functions. Aspen's shops, restaurants, galleries, nightclubs, and the world-famous skiing on Aspen Mountain are located less than two blocks away.

This three bedroom, dual level unit is located on the first floor of the complex, close to the common pool, hot tub and BBQ grill.

It has spacious bar seating for five in the kitchen area

It offers contemporary furnishings and finishes throughout, including a spacious bar area with seating for five. The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and opens into the living area. There is a TV/VCR in the living room, as well as a cozy gas fireplace. Bedding includes a king in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom and a king (optional split king) in the third bedroom.

Beautifully decorated condo. Great kitchen with lots of ammenities. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The only thing missing is a sterio for some pre-ski pump up music....

Great property -Exactly as described. Had my family if five and my parents stay for Xmas. Plenty of space and nice homely facilities. Owner friendly and easy to contact, happy to assist with any request. Can't wait to come back to aspen and fausching haus.

This was a first class property. I have rented many private properties and this is by far the best property I have ever rented. The bedding is top quality and the kitchen is stocked with the best appliances and cooking utensils. We stayed for 5 days and didn't have to move the car once. Everything is within walking distance and I couldn't have asked for a better location. The owner was very responsive and helpful in recommending some restaurants. She even set us up to use her membership at the Caribou Club one evening. We will definitely be returning rent this condo again.

Wonderful remodeled condo in great central location

The condo is centrally located to downtown shops and the ski lifts. Everything is in walking distance. The remodel is beautiful, well done, the kitchen fully equipped, and the beds comfortable. The fireplace and thermal stats needed batteries when we arrived and the owner addressed this within the hour. We recommend this condo to friends and family and will stay again on our future visits.

Outstanding location, top of the line finishes

Spent a fantastic week with my family in Aspen. Everything was perfect, simply can’t beat the location, a short walk to everything. We had no use for our car all week. The condo was beautiful, everything was completely new, gorgeous finishes, comfy beds, a beautiful fireplace and plenty of room. Just like home, only better!
