This European chateau-inspired condominium property is a spacious retreat located just one block from Aspen Mountain, historic downtown and the free skier shuttle. An elegant courtyard, complete with outdoor heated pool and hot tub, serves as the centerpiece of the Fasching Haus Condominiums. Ideal for families, singles, and small meetings, these residences are known for their comfort and convenience. The front desk and concierge are located on-site. A small meeting room is available for wine and cheese parties or group functions. Aspen's shops, restaurants, galleries, nightclubs, and the world-famous skiing on Aspen Mountain are located less than two blocks away. This three bedroom, dual level unit has a private balcony and is located on the first floor of the complex, close to the common pool, hot tub and BBQ grill.
