The living room has two standard sofa beds, a dinning table with 4 chairs and for entertainment a 37'' LCD TV and DVD/VCR Player. Cable TV is also provided. The window covering gives complete privacy to the unit. There is a computer for your use in the living room that is connected to the internet. Wired and wireless internet is available in the condo as well as throughout the complex. The kitchen is fully stocked with flatware, dishes and cookware. After a quick trip to nearby Wal-Mart (only a block away) you can cook anything you like. Or you can walk next door to Pineapple Willie's and enjoy their world famous ribs...
There are 288 Sunbird condos and each are individually owned. Depending on the owner, the units are in different conditions. Look at the pictures and compare. Ask a lot of questions. The complex is gated and has a camera surveillance system.
In very short distance guests can enjoy go-karts, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, visit with dolphins or have dinner at famous restaurants like Captain Andersons, Pineaple Wille’s and others. The Sunbird complex is about 10 miles from the Panama City International airport.
Sunbird guests have access to tennis, beach chairs and umbrellas, 3 pools (1 heated) and easily can enjoy a walk on the beach only 50 feet from the main pool!
We don’t rent our condo through any rental programs, we want to know you and we want you to know us. We want you to enjoy your stay so you can come back! After you stayed with us you are part of the family!
