Located in lovely Opio, L'Alealice is a beautiful house built in the pure Provencal tradition and surrounded by large pine trees. Sleeping up to 8 people comfortably, the house is within 10-30 minutes from Grasse, Antibes, beaches, Cannes, Nice airport and nearest ski station. L'Alealice comes with very nice landscapes, a gorgeous swimming pool and multiple sun terraces. Very well organized, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large living area with a built-in fireplace and comes ready with TV, multi-zone Blu-ray/DVD, HiFi, high speed internet access connection, washing and drying machines. L'Alealice is the perfect spot for up to two families with young children looking to relax and 'recharge the batteries' while discovering the Provence.

Opio (Pop.: 1.947 h. Surface : 947 ha):

In a 'protected' site, in the middle of a marvelous Mediterranean environment - olive trees, pines, cork oaks, arbutus trees, heather - stands the minuscule perched village of Opio. Thanks to an exceptional micro-climate, roses and jasmine are cultivated here for the Grasse perfume industry, while the Grande Bastide olive grove, one of the largest in the 'département', produces a delicious olive oil that you can buy at the Opio olive oil mill, one of the few such mills still operating in the region. It dates back to the 15th century.

Opio and its Golf courses:

Golf lovers will be served in Opio. Three golf courses are at their disposal: the beautiful Golf d'Opio Valbonne, the stunning Golf de la Grande Bastide and finally the Golf managed by the Club Med nearby. All three golf courses are literally minutes away from the house.

Very nice holidays

Very pleasant stay. The house in fantastic. We invited old friends for a BBQ, we played guitar under the stars neer the pool.

just one problem : This house is so nice that sometime you can forget to visit the country around....

Great House and much more then expected

this house was great for friends and even for family. We had a wonderful time and the house had everything that was needed and it was clean!!!!! Hopefully we will come back soon!!!!

Inolvidable!

Dos semanas durante las vacaciones de Pascua 2009 : despues de pasar un verano calurosisimo en la ciudad de Buenos Aires fue una delicia encontrarnos en medio del bosque y en la tranquilidad del sitio donde se halla la casa. Hicimos paseos a pie en medio de los pinares que la rodean y excursiones a los pueblitos tipicos de media montana, que en esa epoca mostraban paisajes nevados. La casa ofrece ademas todo el confort que se pueda desear. En una palabra : vacaciones inolvidables!

Almost a paradise

I have been there twice, for a week each, and that was one of the best vacation experience I never had. Not far from main cities (Nice, Cannes, Grasse) it is still in a quiet area on the main touristic routes leading to Saint-Paul de Vence, Valbonne and the mountain. Half an hour from the see.
