Great location in general...even better for enjoying the City's Carnaval. The apartment is as described. The directions and suggestions provided by Molly are very helpful, especially if not familiar with the country. I may even look into becoming a neighbor. One thing I suggest when checking out is to call the security officer first to let him know if you have a car as there isn't an exit button to open the gate. Finally, although this seems out of the owners hands, the gym is rather limited, so if that is part of your expectations, keep this in mind. Needless to say, I would consider this property during my return!
