Privacy abounds at this Oregon treasure. 6.7 acres with a 2 BR, 2 BTH ranch-style house. Located 8 minutes from the quaint community of Talent, 15 minutes from the Plaza in Ashland. Room for camping makes it great for family reunion or retreat. (Extra rates will apply.)

Attend plays at Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Spend an evening at the Britt Music Festival in Jacksonville. See the Ashland Independent Film Festival. Then experience the serenity of the sunrise from the front deck, watching the wildlife in the meadow and the colorful array of birds that visit the towering old cherry tree. Relax into evening on the back deck with a view of the family orchard of apple, plum and cherry trees and the rejuvenating sound of the seasonal creek.

Enjoy the comfort of the indoors without missing a moment of the beauty of the mountains in a versatile open living area that lets the outside in. Each room offers spectacular views of the surrounding woods and remarkable wildlife.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $185/night $10/person over 6 people inhouse. Refundable damage deposit $350. 3 day minimum.
  • Deposit one-half of rent to reserve. Payment and confirmation must be received to reserve. Remainder plus damage deposit paid 14 days prior to date of stay. Payment by check can be arranged at time of reservation. All reservations within 14 days of of beginning of stay must be paid on PayPal. Extra camping may be arranged with additional fees.3 night minimum or cleaning fee. Absolute 3 night minimum on holidays.
  • All cancellations within 14 days of stay are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the property.

Hit golf balls from the tee boxes in front meadow.

There is a caretaker's quarters on the property. At this time he is onsite.

We had a great time in Oregon and really enjoyed the house and grounds. It was extremely comfortable, had everything we needed, including beautiful views and great birdwatching.
