This generously proportioned, comfortable luxury villa has a 900 m2 garden and fantastic sea view. Ideal for discerning holiday-makers seeking tranquillity. Only 400 m away from the sea as the crow flies, with lots of lovely old trees (palms, carob, 100-year-old olives etc.). There’s plenty of shade under the trees and on the luxurious garden patio. The villa has a large, bright living room, a room with a fireplace, glazed porch, 2 bathrooms (one with bath), lots of terraces, a large swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, an American kitchen (including dishwasher), satellite TV and DVD player. The back terrace door has an electrically-operated awning and a video camera protects the house entrance. The villa also has climate control and central heating. It is quite secure and the pool and terrace area are protected from outside view. The fully air-conditioned rooms make the summer heat bearable.

Moraira is situated in an unusual, green part of the Costa. There are lots of sandy beaches and rocky outcrops along the coast. It’s designated Healthy Climate number 1 in Europe. Lots of famous people come here to enjoy the exceptional Mediterranean location and the pure air. There are fishermen’s pubs and lovely inns all around. Moraira yacht harbour is one of the best sports harbours in Valencia. Moraira was once a fishing village. Nowadays you can go shopping in the wonderful shopping centre. There are absolutely no high-rise buildings, as buildings here aren’t allowed to be higher than 4 stories. So southern vegetation flourishes here.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Long-term bookings of at least 4 weeks in December, January, February and March attract special rates € 950 per month plus electricity, (electric central heating), water, etc. € 55/week - all negotiable. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels cost from € 80 (according to number of guests). Energy costs (water, electricity, central heating, air conditioning, etc.) € 55 flat rate per week (exact bill only for very high consumption). House-trained dogs are welcome: € 25/ week. Breakages deposit: € 250, returned at end of booking period. The flat rate internet (ADSLin Spain) is € 45,00 per booking. Long-term bookings pay € 65/month for internetflat rate.
  • 25% of the deposit is required at the time of booking; the remainder (including final cleaning, bed linen, towels, energy and returnable breakages deposit) is due ten weeks before arrival. During your holiday the German housekeeper (who also speaks English) is always at your service. Please let her know by telephone about your times of arrival and departure. Usually arrival is after 4 pm and departure is by 10 am. In high season Saturday is the best arrival day. A professional shuttle service from the airport to Casa Samarah is available on request from the housekeeper. She can also do your shopping to make sure you have what you need from local sources (welcome pack €15).

Long-term holiday makers: Winter bookings: long-term bookings of at least one month have special rates in December, January, February and March. The price is negotiable (approx. €950 per month + electric central heating). Use of flat rate internet (ADSL in Spain) is €65 per month for long-term bookings.

Golf: Golf is popular here. There are 5 golf courses within 40 km. Nearby there is the 9-hole 'Club de Golf Ifach' (course: 3.406 m, par 60, handicap D 36 H 28) with a beautiful sea view. 10 km away is the 'Club Golf Javea' (course 3.040 m, par 72, handicap D 30 H 26) nestling amid soft hills and big orange trees. About 20 km away is the 18-hole 'Club de Golf de Sella' next to the Montgo nature park (course 6.028 m, par 72, handicap D 36 H 28), about 38 km away there is the 9-hole Club Don Cayo (course 3078 m, par 36, handicap D 36 H 28) right in the middle of the Bernia mountain range landscape. The site has a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains, and the coast is only about 1km away. Last but not least: the fantastic new 18-hole 'Club de Golf Olivia Nova' is about 40 km away (course 6.270 m, par 72, handicap H 36 H 36). Wir, Familie mit Hund, machen schon seit 13 Jahren Ferienhausurlaub in ganz Europa. Es war mal besser, mal weniger gut, wir sind jedoch nie zweimal im gleichen Haus gewesen. Bis wir Casa Samarah entdeckt haben. Die liebevolle und rührende Betreuung durch die Hauseigentümerin, die äusserst nette und effiziente Betreuung durch die Hausverwalterin vor Ort und - last but not least - diese Traumvilla haben uns überzeugt, kein anderes Ferienhaus mehr zu suchen. Wir kommen dieses Jahr wieder. Erholungsfaktor maximal - ich habe mich NIE so wirklich erholt wie hier. Haus, Lage, Aussicht, Garten, alles stimmt. Und für unseren alten Hund auch perfekt. Ein grosses Danke schön. Höchste Empfehlung!

Ein Traumdomizil für Romantiker

Herzlichen Dank liebe Eigentümer, wir haben uns in dieser wirklich traumhaften Villa wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Haus, der wunderschön angelegte, großzügige Garten, der stets saubere Pool (in den man am liebsten sofort springen möchte, nur nicht im November ....) und die zum Träumen einladenden Terassen mit Blick auf das Meer sind beeindruckend und man beschließt spontan: hier kommen wir wieder her.

Daß wir uns von der ersten Stunde an so wohl gefühlt haben, dazu trägt natürlich auch die liebe Hausverwalterin bei, herzlichen Dank für ein äußerst gepflegtes Haus und die Möglichkeit, sich jederzeit Rat und Hilfe zu holen.

Unsere 4 Wochen im November bei frühlingshaften Temperaturen am Tage und dem kuscheligen Kaminfeuer am Abend sind leider viel zu schnell vergangen, wie gern wären wir länger in "unserem" Haus und in Moraira geblieben (für uns der schönste Ort an der Küste). Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, sicher noch einmal zu einer anderen Jahreszeit, schon um den tollen Pool und die romantische Gartenbeleuchung am Abend genießen zu können.

Nochmals herzlichen Dank an die Besitzerin und die Hausverwalterin.

traumhaft schöne Ferien

Meine Familie war zwei Wochen im Sommer 2008 in diesem Ferienhaus und wir sind super begeistert. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum und halten genau, was sie versprechen. Wir haben uns toll erholt und unter der spanischen Sonne bräunen lassen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist groß genug für eine badefreudige Familie und das Wasser ist immer sauber, da sich vor Ort ständig jemand darum kümmert. Mit allen Fragen zum Einkaufen, Freizeitbeschäftigungen etc. kann man sich an Frau S... (Betreuung vor Ort) wenden. Von ihr bekommt man alle Auskünfte und - wenn nötig - schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe.

Wir waren von Land und Leuten fasziniert. Die Feierlaune der Spanier kennt keine Grenzen und wir hatten von unserem Domizil - hoch über dem Tal - einen herrlichen Blick auf die stattfindenden Feuerwerke.

Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer lässt jeden ins Träumen kommen und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben hier alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen und am Abend uns die Zeit mit Spielen und Reden vertrieben.

Viele Sitz- und Liegeplätze auf dem Grundstück lassen jeden ein eigenes Lieblingsplätzchen finden - egal ob sich man sonnen oder seine Ruhe haben möchte.

Wir hatten alles in allem einen sehr schönen Urlaub und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Sonnendurchfluteter Blick übers azurene Meer

Die Abreise fiel sehr schwer. Die baldige Reservierung für das nächste Jahr war obligatorisch.
Viel Platz in sauberer, sehr gepflegter Atmosphäre, ein bestens ausgestatteter Haushalt, unser (!!!) Pool, das Zirpen der Grillen, die ruhige Lage, der Blick über ockerne Dächer, die die Hitze des Tages speichern, das Meer, das von der ferne hinübergrüßt, all das fehlt einem schneller, als man es sich verdenkt. Dran gewöhnt hat man sich in Windeseile, auch an die Nähe zu Moraira mit seinem Playa de l´Ampola und den schönen Restaurants, auch an die guten Versorgungsmöglichkeiten (2 Minuten bis zum Supermercado), unseren (!!!) Pool, liebevoll gesäubert und stets für uns bereit. Hatte ich den Pool schon erwähnt ? Wie gesagt, von hier wegzufahren fällt schwer.

Herzlichen Dank an unsere Vermieterin für die freundlichen, telefonischen und email-Kontakte und an Frau S., die es mit Ihrem Team möglich machte, daß eine nach nächtlicher Anreise völlig übermüdete Familie vorzeitig in ein perfektes Paradies einziehen konnte.

Bezaubernde Luxusherberge

phantastischen Anlage verbracht. Alles gefällt uns bestens.
Liebe Freunde aus Moraira, wir kommen im Jahre 2009 wieder....
Dieses Jahr renovieren wir leider unser eigenes Haus in München!!!!
