Close to downtown, 4 minutes by car on 4th street will take you to downtown. Yard maintenance, pest control maintenance, basic cable, Internet access. Museums, galleries, shopping, tourist sites, parks. 22 miles to Tampa International Airport, to St. Pete/Clearwater International Airport, 12 miles to Fort Desoto Park(beach) Less than 4 miles to Pier and downtown and Devil Rays Stadium.

Leave place picked up and clean all items in refrigerator disposed of and all trash disposed of prior to leaving.
  • Extra people, will be extra cost also, there will be an additional non refundable pet deposit of $250.00 All pet waste must be disposed of daily appropriately. No smokers Sorry.

  • 1 bedroom has fullsize bed other has kingsize bed(which is high and up against wall.) Both rooms have a closet. Both rooms have linens. Room with kingsize bed has less furniture because bed takes up alot of room, just one 6 drawer cabinet. In that rooms closet there is also a two drawer dresser in walk in closet. Other room with smaller bed has two dressers in room.

Notes: Non-smoking allowed, deposit will be held if house, furniture, smells like smoke. 1 roll of toilet paper & paper towel provide. Although you see a fireplace chimney, there is no working fireplace. It is closed off from use, because of condition. Long term renter considered 2 people max. Short term rentor week to 5months up to 4 people prefered. Weekly rent $350. /$1500.mo plus $250. damage/reservation deposit for a weekly stay, $500 deposit/reservation fee for monthly stay. (Refundable if you dont cancel or leave place as you found. You can choose to clean house linens used, (on beds,kitchen & bath) clean floors, counter tops, shower,toilet,sink. Stove,fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Leave garbage out back in alley can. Leave fridge empty of stuff that will go bad. If you dont this you will be charged out of you deposit. $125.00 Let me know if you plan to clean otherwise i need to schedule with the cleaning crew.
