The main house has a state of the art stereo system with flat screen TV, iPod cord, DVD, CD and VCR. There is an extensive library of books and games. 14' deep porches are accessed from the great room and the lovely pool with granite accented fountain are on the main level for easy access as well. By the pool is a bath with outside shower and enclosed laundry room, sundeck and BBQ grill. From the pool deck a lush walkway takes you to two guest bedrooms, one with a queen plantation bed and one with two twin beds that can be joined for couples. Both bedrooms have travertine floors, en suite baths with travertine walls and showers with glass brick wall. These lower bedrooms both have great views of Great Cruz Bay, the Westin Resort and there is a private garden and small porch for privacy.

The second building consists of two identical master suites with king beds and en suite baths, walk-in closets, safes and beautiful mahogany, teak and pine furnishings. The upper bedroom has two balconies with great views of Great Cruz Bay and St. Thomas. The top floor of this bedroom 'pod' has been named by the renters the 'happy hour tower'. This roof top deck is great for sun worshiping during the day and stargazing at night. Views from this tower are nearly 200 degrees and are breathtaking. The roof top deck has built in planters with palm trees and bougainvillea as well as a built in wet bar with sink and refrigerator.
