IslaBela Beach Resort is a relaxing, family oriented community with private gated access. All rooms are beautifully decorated with soothing and peaceful colors for better relaxation. The apartment is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with L-shape balcony, perfect for barbecue gatherings. The unit has wireless internet and cable TV, perfect for business travel. The fully-equipped kitchen includes, flatware for 8, wine glasses, serving trays and oven pans. Beach towels and chairs are provided, along with a medium size cooler. It is a beautiful beachfront property with direct access to a magnificent beach and a five-minute walk to a natural beach pool, Montones Beach, which is ideal for children. The Condo has two pools with gazebos, well maintained landscaped areas in front of the balconies, playgrounds, tennis court and basketball court. You will only hear the chanting birds and the sound of the waves.

The town of Isabela is located in the west coast of Puerto Rico. The nearest airport is the Rafael Hernandez Airport in Aguadilla, located about ten minutes away from the property by car. The City of San Juan is a two-hour drive mostly by highway, although closer to the property you will drive through a stunning scenic coastal road that will take your breath away. In Isabela, just a short drive from the Condo, you can find great restaurants specializing in international and Puerto Rican cuisine. You can select from a wide array of fine dining options to more casual spots offering the delicious local “criollo” flavors at very affordable prices. Also, just twenty minutes by car, you can find well recognized stores like Walmart and Walgreens. One of the most famous surfing spots, Jobos Beach is located just a short drive from the condo. The location of the Condo is an excellent hub for surfing all around the northwest coast from Isabela, Aguadilla to world-renowned Rincon beaches.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payments are accepted by PayPal or personal checks
  • A reservation/security deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure by check mailed to the renter’s address, provided the rental rules are met.

    The total payment shall be received (30) days before arrival date.
  • A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
